Question about your bill?
What billing or insurance information will I receive?
We normaly send out bills quartly! If your insurance sends you an EOB prior to you recieving a bill please contact our office so we can assist you.
How long will it take to get things settled with the insurance company?
It can take from 6 to 8 weeks depending on your insurance.
Why am I getting bills from the physician?
Most bills come from your deductible. If you feel you have reached your deductible for the year please call your insurance company to verify.
I received a notice that my insurance company has paid on my bill - but I can't understand how they calculated their payment amount. Do you know?
We sign contracts with every insurance and they each have an allowable amount that we go by. If you have further questions please contact your insurance company.
